April Mushroom Walk

Join us as we hit the woods and explore what mushrooms we can discover!  Walk dates are Friday, April 7th @ 10am and and 5:30pm and Tuesday, April 11 @ 10am and 5:30pm. April is one of the most active fruiting mushroom months of the year! We'll be looking for oysters, morels, dryads saddle, wood ears, shaggy manes, turkey tails and a world of other fungi's of interest. Laura Stewart, owner of Haw River Mushrooms will lead this walk.
