Cedarock Park is a 500 acre park established in 1975. Cedarock Park is situated in the foothills of the Cane Mountain Range and features gently rolling terrain, an abundance of plant and wildlife species, and beautiful views of Rock Creek and its tributaries. Cedarock offers a variety of outdoor opportunities including:

  • Six Miles of Hiking and Nature Trails
  • Six miles of Equestrian Trails
  • Two Disc Golf Courses (one open, one wooded)
  • The Cedarock Historical Farm (restored to the late 19th Century)
  • Fishing
  • Picnicking (shelters and open areas)
  • Primitive Tent Camping
  • Canoe & Kayak Rentals
  • Special Events Year-Round

Cedarock Park offers two disc golf courses, the Cedarock Disc Golf Course and the Wellspring Disc Golf Course. The Cedarock Disc Golf Course is longer and more open with grass fairways. Hike at Cedarock Park

Rock Creek Trail Meet at Park Office

Join park technician TJ Mumford at Cedarock Park for a guided hike on the Rock Creek Trail (green blazes). This trail is approximately 2 miles and is appropriate for all fitness levels. It winds through the woods, along Rock Creek, and past the mill dam waterfall. Free & open to the public. Meet at 9:00am at the middle park office (near the fishing pond). Walkabouts

Come for a journey through the woods to satisfy your need to explore! Or just because it feels good to go walking around. Either way, come walkabout as we explore local hiking hot-spots in and around Burlington. Hikes are on natural surface trails over moderate, rolling terrain with a few steep hills. For ages 10 and up.  Ages 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
